He has over 30 years’ experience in boating. Running boats in Alaska, New Zealand, USVIs / BVIs and throughout the Gulf and Atlantic Regions. Paul holds a USCG Masters License (sailing and towing endorsements) and ASA Certification 101 -105. Paul and his wife currently liveaboard a 54’ Californian MY and prior lived on a 50’ Beneteau.
His approach to working with buyers and sellers, is to identify the “Needs and Wants” of both parties.
In working with a buyer, Paul will discuss in detail using a questionnaire, the buyer’s level of knowledge and background, intended use, location and other factors that will ensure the most enjoyable experience during ownership.
Paul’s method in selling your vessel, is get to know HER like his own. He spends time with the seller to understand the vessel current and past years. Paul understands that no boat is perfect, but chooses the ones that have great attributes that are in demand in today’s market.
Honesty is a must when listing and selling. Paul insists on full disclosure before taking on a listing. This will ensure that both parties (the seller and buyer) will be delighted in the transaction.
Paul’s past life and career included: Firefighter / Paramedic, PA, Hospital Administrator, Executive at Technology Companies and Consulting Firms. Paul owed one of the largest Hot Air Balloon Companies flying for MGM Pictures and Nancy Reagan’s Just Say No To Drugs Foundation.
